If you cannot attend a workshop you have booked for any reason please notify DANZ immediately. The options are:
1. You can substitute another person to attend in your place.
OR
2. On cancellation at least ten working days (two weeks) prior to the event you can receive a full refund.
3. On cancellation less than ten working days before the event or if you do not attend, DANZ will retain 50% your fee.
5. For non-attendance due to emergency, such as sudden illness, refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
In the event of a cancellation by DANZ:
1. Those with bookings will be notified as soon as possible.
2. A full refund will be provided.
Late cancellation may be due to emergency, such as tutor illness. For cancellation due to low bookings, DANZ aims to give at least five working days (one weeks) notice.
Subsidy
Where subsidised places are available for selected DANZ workshops:
1. A subsidy is only available for freelance practitioners on PACE/without work.
2. There is a limit to the number of subsidised places available in each workshop.
3. People must contact DANZ to be considered for a subsidy.
4. Subsidy is decided on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of DANZ.
